THOMPSON’S AVOCADO HEMP HOMMUS

  • Avocado, diced
  • 400g Chickpeas, drained
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Thompson’s Hemp Seeds
  • ⅓ Tahini Paste
  • 1 tbsp Thompson’s Hemp Seed Oil
  • ½ bunch Basil Leaves, roughly chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency. Add extra oil or water as needed to help smooth the mixture.
  2. Enjoy with your favourite veggies or crackers!

THOMPSON'S HEMP BANANA PANCAKES

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Thompson’s Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Thompson’s Hemp Wholefood Powder Unflavoured
  • Pinch of Turmeric and Cinnamon
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Banana, Thompson’s Hemp Seeds, Thompson’s Hemp Wholefood Powder Unflavoured and spices. Make a well in the centre and pour in Egg. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a medium sized pan, heat oil and drop 1 tablespoon of the batter into the pan.
  3. Cook the pancakes on each side for 2-3 minutes and flip.
  4. Add toppings such as Coconut Yoghurt, Mixed Berries and a sprinkle of Thompson’s Hemp Seeds.

THOMPSON’S NUTRITIOUS HEMP SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk if you have allergies)
  • 1 tbsp Thompson’s Hemp Wholefood Powder Unflavoured
  • 1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Thompson’s Hemp Seeds
  • Handful Baby Spinach
  • ½ cup Frozen Banana
  • ½ cup Frozen Pineapple
  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. You might like to add a little water to thin the mixture, if needed.
  2. When ready, pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
